Which models / vendors do you use?

Anthropic Claude is my default for reasoning. OpenAI for image + voice. Local Llama via Ollama for cost-sensitive workloads. Vendor choice is part of the audit.

How do you price builds?

Fixed scope, fixed price, paid in two milestones. The audit phase de-risks the estimate so the build phase rarely surprises either of us.

Can you work with my existing dev team?

Always preferred. I can sit alongside in-house engineers as a fractional lead, or own a workstream end-to-end.
